Each day, we are closing the gaps in access to care. Our services include a state-of-the-art psychiatric urgent care center and a soon-to-be-built pediatric behavioral health center, outpatient, inpatient, partial hospitalization (day programs), assessment and testing, residential, addiction treatment and specialty services such as crisis response, employee assistance programs, forensic psychiatry and psychology, and neuromodulation. On-the-job educational programs for nurses, psychologists, advanced practice providers, psychiatrists, and chaplains are equipping the next generation of care providers.

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to support individuals receiving care in Hospital and Residential settings. The RN plays a vital role in delivering high?quality, person?centered nursing care while promoting a safe, recovery?This position provides clinical leadership, oversight, and collaboration within an interdisciplinary care team.

Registered Nurse (RN) Key Responsibilities:

Assess individuals' nursing care needs and develop, implement, and reassess plans of care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

Coordinate and provide nursing care in collaboration with physicians for individuals and groups

Document, verify, and communicate patient care information according to established policies and procedures

Monitor for and report potential safety risks or changes in condition to providers

focused care across diverse populations and clinical settings

May train or provide oversight to direct care staff and support medication and physical health activities

Registered Nurse (RN) Qualifications:

Active Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) license

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred

psychiatric nursing experience preferred

CPR certification required (BLS or CPR/AED/First Aid as applicable by program)

Ability to provide culturally inclusive, compassionate care

Registered Nurse (RN) Additional Details:

Exempt (hourly) position

May function as a charge nurse
