Pay is $21/hour for currently commissioned Louisiana Notary Public

Gentilly Mail & Copy Center has become a trusted staple in the local community over the past 10 years, known for our wide range of services and commitment to excellent customer service. We’re a proud neighborhood small business with a strong team of about 15 employees, and we’re looking to add someone who will help continue building our reputation for excellence.

Family Care Service Excellence Community. Primarily 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM shifts. Includes approximately every other Saturday (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).

Position Overview We are seeking a long-term, full-time Notary Public (must be CURRENTLY COMMISSIONED) for an immediate opening. You must have customer service and cash handling experience.

What We’re Looking For Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused

Reliable and able to work a consistent full-time schedule

Preferred Skills (Not Required, but a Plus) Shipping experience (FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS) and packing

Copiers, printers, and office equipment

Graphic design or commercial printing knowledge

Faxing and computer rental services

5 paid holidays per year (after 3 months)
