What You’ll Do

Operate, monitor, and adjust machinery to produce high-quality products

Perform setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting

Conduct quality checks and accurately complete production documentation

Follow all safety, quality, and standard work procedures

Work closely with teammates, maintenance, and supervisors to meet production goals

Help identify improvements to make processes safer and more efficient

What We’re Looking For

Experience as a machine or equipment operator preferred (we will train the right candidate)

Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team

Commitment to safety, quality, and reliability

Ability to stand, lift, and work in a manufacturing environment

Bonus Points If You Have

Manufacturing or production experience

Experience with preventive maintenance or quality checks

A strong work ethic and a desire to grow your skills

Shift Schedule

12 hour rotating Shift (2-2-3) 5:45-6:00

Week 1: Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat - 49 hours

Week 2: Sun, Wed, Thur - 36.75 hours
