Head of Food Services

Job Description We are seeking a Full-Time Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for helping provide club members and guests with a memorable dining experience. The Food & Beverage Supervisor delivers efficient service with professionalism and courtesy while assisting management with implementing and maintaining dining service standards.

Act as a liaison between the service staff and kitchen team to ensure timely and effective communication.
Ensure the restaurant and related facilities are clean, well-stocked, and organized. Inspect equipment and notify the Restaurant Manager of any maintenance or repair needs.
Ensure all side work is completed, including cleaning equipment and storage areas.
Assist in coordinating special functions with the Outlet Manager or Food & Beverage Manager.
Assist the Food & Beverage Manager with maintaining food and beverage inventory.
Assist with conducting pre-shift meetings to review specials, menu changes, house counts, and other operational updates.
Perform daily operational duties, including serving tables, bussing tables, seating guests, room service, and general clerical or cashier responsibilities.
Occasionally assist department managers with interviewing, training, planning, assigning, and directing work, as well as providing recommendations regarding hiring, performance evaluations, recognition, and disciplinary actions.
Address guest concerns, resolve issues when possible, and communicate them to management as needed.
Assist in monitoring business volume forecasts and planning staffing levels, productivity, costs, and other expenses accordingly.
Previous experience in a food and beverage supervisory role, preferably in a country club environment.
Ability to read, write, and speak English sufficiently to perform the duties of this position.
Position requires flexible work schedule including weekends, and holidays .
