Job Description Senior Helpers – Menomonee Falls, WI is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our professional team. In this capacity, you will deliver exceptional care and support to our senior clients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and overall well-being within the familiar setting of their own homes.

Provide assistance to clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility, to promote their independence and enhance their quality of life

Accurately monitor and document vital signs, promptly communicating any changes in health status to the nursing staff

Assist with medication management in accordance with healthcare professional directions, ensuring timely and precise administration

Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare team members to coordinate care and address any concerns

Possession of a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is required

High School diploma or GED equivalent

Competitive compensation at $18.00 per hour, paid on a bi-weekly basis
