• Minimum 4 years of Operating Room experience required
• Required clinical experience in Neurology, Transplant (solid organ), General Surgery, GYN, Orthopedics
• Required license: GA OR Compact RN license at time of submission
• Required certification: BLS
• Experience with specialties: Hysterectomy, Laparoscopic gynecologic procedures, Appendectomy, Cholecystectomy, Colon resection, Hernia repair, Craniotomy, Laminectomy/Discectomy, Spinal Fusion, Total joint replacement, Arthroscopy, Organ donation/transplant, Whipple procedure, Open/closed fracture reductions
• EMR system: Epic

• Provide specialized nursing care in the operating room for multi-service surgical cases
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes during procedures
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of surgical instruments and sterile environments
• Monitor patients' vital signs and maintain safety during surgeries
• Participate in postoperative patient care and recovery processes

• Full compliance required to start on time; non-compliance may delay start
• All compliance documents due by Tuesday prior to start
• Orientation Hours: 36 hours (additional non-billable orientation may apply)
• Max 7 days of Requested Time Off (RTO) per contract; all RTO must be finalized at submission
• No holiday RTO approved for specified blackout periods.
