Pay & Benefits
Hourly Pay Rate: $59.18

What You'll Do
Provide specialized care to surgical, trauma, burn, or transplant ICU patients
Monitor patient vitals and respond quickly to changes
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Document patient information accurately and thoroughly
Support patient and family education on post-ICU care and recovery
Assist during emergency procedures and trauma care as needed
What You Need
Required:
Valid Ohio RN license or eligible for licensure
BLS, ACLS, and NIH certification
Minimum of 2 years recent ICU experience in a fast-paced unit
Preferred:
Experience in Surgical ICU, Trauma ICU, Burn ICU, or Transplant ICU
Ability to float between units as needed
Strong critical thinking and communication skills
