Desired Qualifications:
- 2+ years’ experience as a Line Cook in a well-rated NYT restaurant or hotel
- Proven grill station experience and confidence working in a high-volume setting
- Knowledge of classic sauces, cooking techniques, and precise knife skills
- Strong desire to learn, grow, and be part of a collaborative team
- Flexibility and availability to work weekends
