BioTouch is a single-source, international provider for all mission-critical kitting and logistics needs. We partner with a wide range of medical facilities and healthcare providers to bring a higher level of care to healthcare delivery. Our company is seeking a Human Resources Manager to serve as the on-site HR leader for its Columbus, GA manufacturing and fulfillment operation, while also supporting HR initiatives and consistency across multiple locations. This role is responsible for executing HR support across the site, with a focus on employee relations, onboarding structure, and management of a high-volume hourly and agency workforce.
This individual will partner closely with site leadership and corporate HR to drive a consistent, compliant, and performance-focused work environment. In addition, this role will help ensure alignment of HR practices, processes, and standards across sites in partnership with HR leadership. This role will oversee HR processes at the site level. Employee Relations & Leadership Support
Serve as the primary point of contact for all employee relations matters across the site
Conduct investigations and support performance management, disciplinary actions, and terminations
Ensure consistent application of company policies and procedures
Partner with HR leadership to promote consistency in employee relations practices across multiple locations
Build and implement structured onboarding programs for full-time and temporary employees
Establish and manage onboarding cadence (e.g., weekly orientations) to support high-volume hiring
Partner with operations on workforce planning, including staffing levels, shift alignment, and ramp needs
Drive consistency in onboarding and training across departments
Support standardization of onboarding practices across sites in partnership with HR leadership
Agency Workforce Management
Serve as the primary liaison with staffing agencies supporting the site
Monitor agency performance including attendance, turnover, and productivity
Partner with operations to identify and convert high-performing temporary employees
Ensure agency workforce aligns with operational expectations and production demands
HR Operations & Compliance
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies
Partner with HRIS and HR leadership to ensure consistency in HR processes and compliance standards across sites
Site Leadership & Culture
Act as a trusted HR partner to site leadership team
Support development of front-line leaders through coaching and day-to-day partnership
Help establish structure, accountability, and consistency across the workforce
Contribute to broader HR initiatives impacting two sites, including leadership development and workforce programs
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
~5–8+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, distribution, or high-volume environments

Strong experience supporting hourly workforces and staffing agencies
Proven ability to manage employee relations in a fast-paced environment
Working knowledge of employment law and HR compliance requirements
Experience with HRIS (ADP experience preferred)
Experience supporting or influencing HR practices across multiple locations preferred
