Child supervision:Actively monitor children during playtime, mealtimes, and transitions to ensure their safety and prevent accidents. Basic caregiving:Change diapers, assist with feeding, and help children with personal hygiene routines. Classroom preparation:Set up learning centers, prepare materials for activities, and maintain a clean and organized classroom environment. Curriculum implementation:Assist the lead teacher in carrying out planned activities, including educational games, story time, and arts and crafts. Individualized attention:Provide additional support to children who may need extra help with learning activities or social interactions. Behavior management:Help enforce classroom rules and positive discipline strategies as directed by the lead teacher. Communication:Maintain open communication with parents, updating them on their child's progress and addressing any concerns. Documentation:Keep records of children's daily activities, observations, and developmental milestones. Minimum Qualification: Process CPR & First Aid Certification, Current Health Certification & TB Test Result, FBI Background Check, Basic Health & Safety Training
