Caregivers / Home Health Care - Part Time

No Worries Care is urgently hiring multiple compassionate and dedicated Home Care Aides (HCA/CNA) to provide high-quality care to clients in their homes. This role involves supporting individuals with various health and personal needs, ensuring their safety, comfort, and independence.

The ideal candidate will have experience in long-term care, assisted living, or home health environments, with a strong focus on patient-centered care. Give medication reminders following care plans and HIPAA guidelines
Support patients with memory care, dementia, Alzheimer's, or other cognitive impairments
Use assistive devices such as Hoyer lifts or resident lifts to ensure safe transfers and mobility
Observe and report changes in patient condition or behavior to care team
Perform light housekeeping
Follow prescribed care plans and document services provided accurately
Support patients during social activities and promote engagement for overall well-being
Ensure compliance with all safety protocols including CPR, first aid, and infection control procedures

Proven experience in home & community care, assisted living, nursing homes, or hospice care
Knowledge of patient observation techniques and vital signs monitoring
Ability to assist with ADLs and provide compassionate patient care
Familiarity with medication reminders and care planning processes
Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients, families, and healthcare teams

CPR and First Aid certification preferred; ongoing training provided if necessary
Experience working with diverse populations including seniors, individuals with disabilities, or those requiring memory care support
