Millennium Therapy – Fort Dodge Clinic is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for an outpatient rehabilitation assignment in Fort Dodge, Iowa. The position is based at 22 North 27th Street, Fort Dodge, Iowa 50501. The assignment follows a five-day, eight-hour day-shift schedule and has an ASAP start. Candidates must have an active Iowa or compact license at the time of submission, and new graduates are not eligible for this opening.

Complete assigned therapy responsibilities during scheduled day shifts.

Fulfill the outpatient rehabilitation responsibilities associated with the assignment.
Qualifications:

Active Iowa license or compact license required at the time of submission.
Previous experience is required because new graduates will not be considered.
Ability to work five eight-hour day shifts per week.
Availability for an ASAP start.
