Client/Customer Support Rep

Member Services Representative We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Member Services Representative to deliver exceptional experiences to our members and guests. In this role, you will engage with customers, promote club services, and contribute to the growth and retention of our membership base.

Responsibilities Address and resolve customer inquiries, ensuring member satisfaction.

Conduct personalized site tours for potential members, showcasing club features and benefits.

Create awareness of the Center through community outreach and engagement activities.

Support membership retention efforts by fostering strong member engagement and relationships.

Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.

Perform additional tasks as assigned to support the team and overall operations.

Qualifications At least one year in a customer service role.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a polished phone manner.

Minimum rates may vary based on local wage laws. Pay is dependent on factors including site location, specialty, certifications and work experience as well as other business needs.
