HR Generalist - Employee Relations & Recruiting
Continental Mills
The Krusteaz Company is hiring a Sr. HR Generalist for the Effingham Plant in Illinois. You will provide HR support to employees and managers, lead full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and benefits programs while partnering with the Plant HR Manager and Corporate HR team.
Essential duties include employee relations investigations, leave administration, performance management support, and HR data analysis to drive process improvements and best practices. Travel up to 5-10% may be required.
