The Role As our Program Director, you will be the first point of contact for prospective members and a key player in maintaining and growing our vibrant community. This can be either a full time or part time position. Manage membership inquiries via phone, email, and in-person conversations. - Maintain accurate records in our member management system. Sales or customer service experience (bonus points for experience in fitness, martial arts, or youth programs). - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. - A passion for personal growth and helping others succeed. - Competitive salary and performance-based incentives. - Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding organization. - Compensation: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour Premier Martial Arts, where your passion for martial arts meets business success!
