Description
We are looking for a quality Dispatcher to join our growing team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:
Monday-Friday 5pm- 12am Shift
Ensure exceptional customer service
Answer incoming calls from customers
Using dispatch software to dispatch trucks to customers
Documenting conversations
Helping drivers troubleshoot problems
Assessing the safety of roadside situations
Dispatch software expert ensuring all call information, notes, pricing, and customer information is entered and correct
Ensuring customers and drivers receive timely and accurate dispatch help
Helping drivers trouble shoot issues
All other duties as assigned by Supervisor

Requirements

• 1 Year experience in customer service preferred
• 1 year experience with dispatching preferred
• Extremely organized and detailed oriented
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Dispatch Software experience preferred
• Must reside near assigned area
