Bank Teller - Part Time - Temporary

As a Part‑Time Teller within PNC's Retail Banking organization, you will be based at 2000 Randolph Rd, Charlotte, NC 28207. The role requires working a Saturday rotation schedule, providing teller coverage at a PNC Bank Saturday Banking Branch a minimum of 1‑2 Saturdays per month. Responsibilities Deliver a unique customer experience aimed at improving financial wellbeing and creating loyalty.
Process a variety of customer interactions and educate customers on available alternatives.
Identify banking opportunities during customer conversations and refer appropriately to branch staff.
Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products.
Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions through technology, tools, and resources.
Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems.
Adhere to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
Ensure teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.
Qualifications Demonstrated knowledge, skills, and abilities relevant to a teller role.

No university or college degree required; a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent education combined with job‑specific experience is acceptable.
