Clinic Nurse-LPN- FLEX

Job Description The Staff Pad is proud to partner with a respected non-profit healthcare system in Helena, MT, to hire dedicated LPNs who are passionate about delivering high-quality patient care.

In this role, you’ll provide nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to support exceptional patient outcomes.

As a Clinic Float Pool LPN, you'll provide patient care across multiple clinic locations while supporting teams where you're needed most.

Clinic Float Pool- Full-Time | PRN available
Orthopedic Clinic - Full-Time
Urgent Care - 0.9 FTE | 12 Hr Shifts
Provide direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
Conduct focused nursing assessments by collecting, documenting, and communicating patient information accurately and promptly
Monitor patient status, recognize changes or abnormal findings, and communicate updates to the healthcare team
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that support patient comfort, wellbeing, and education
Graduate of an accredited nursing program or technical school of nursing

• 1–2 years of nursing experience preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Active Montana LPN license
• IV Certification required within 6 months of hire through an approved nursing education program or a pre-licensure nursing education program

Completes mandatory training and attends required staff meetings
