Lead cross-functional, multi-site initiatives across regions (US, Canada, Germany and China) to deliver strategic business objectives. This role brings alignment, governance, and disciplined execution to complex programs, helping ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational goals.

Define program roadmaps, align projects with business objectives, prioritize initiatives, and manage executive stakeholder expectations.

Lead cross-functional projects and actively manage schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and program milestones.

Establish effective governance, provide status reporting and executive updates, and facilitate decision‑making across global teams.

Identify, assess, and mitigate risks while managing scope changes, dependencies, and escalation processes.

Coordinate global project teams, strengthen collaboration, standardize project management practices, and implement process improvements.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or a related field.

Program Management Professional

Certified Scrum Master or equivalent Agile certification

Change Management Certification

Strength in strategic planning and execution, executive stakeholder management, risk and change management, financial and budget management, leadership, process improvement and operational excellence, communication, negotiation, and influence.

A master’s degree, such as an MBA or equivalent, and 7–10 years of experience are preferred.
