Certifications: Required Must-Have: Candidates without blood bank history will not be considered for the role.

Description: Data Collection: 8/12/2026. Day shift includes 3 supervisors, 2 generalists, and periodically 1 processor. Evening shift includes 1 supervisor, 2 generalists, and periodically 1 processor. Night shift includes 1 supervisor and 1 generalist. Patient ratios vary based on unit size and staff availability. Type of equipment includes Sysmex, Siemens, Iris, Vision, Genexpert, Sofia, Abbot, Werfen. Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system is utilized. Alternating weekends may be required.
