Education Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.

Additional certifications or training in quality control is a plus

Experience inspecting manufactured products using established quality standards and specifications.

Ability to read blueprints, engineering drawings, work instructions, or inspection documents.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify defects and document inspection results accurately.

Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

Additional certifications or training in quality control a plus.

Previous experience in industrial manufacturing highly desirable.

Experience in reading electrical schematics.

Familiarity with testing equipment and measurement tools; Experience in troubleshooting electrical circuits using schematics and a multimeter.

Problem-solving skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis.

Previous quality inspection, quality assurance, manufacturing, or production experience is preferred.

Technical training in manufacturing, quality assurance, or inspection procedures is beneficial.

Experience performing first article, in-process, or final product inspections is beneficial.

Knowledge of ISO standards, statistical process control, quality documentation, or corrective action procedures is considered an asset.

Individuals who demonstrate accuracy, professionalism, and a commitment to producing high-quality work are well positioned for success as a Quality Inspector.

Previous experience in industrial manufacturing highly desirable.

Experience in reading electrical schematics

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform inspection activities throughout the shift.

Ability to lift products or materials weighing up to 50 pounds when required.

Ability to use precision measuring instruments and inspection equipment with accuracy.

Ability to maintain visual focus and attention to detail while inspecting products in manufacturing or warehouse environments.
