BCBA- Full Time - Clinic

We’re building ‘the’ Teaching Hospital for pediatric therapy — a category of one by driving excellence in outcomes, developing clinicians, building payer trust, and embedding systems across what we do.

Full‑time hours: Monday‑Friday, 8:15 am–4:45 pm; no travel or weekends.

On‑site training, student supervision, tuition reimbursement, student loan assistance, career paths.

Meet prescription fulfillment goals as assigned by Clinical Director.

Meet hourly and monthly authorization fulfillment; Conduct parent training/caregiver collaboration in clinic and home (if appropriate).

Ensure client programming is ethical, individualized, and delivered with integrity.

Oversee programming implemented in center‑based and community settings (if applicable).

Oversee and monitor ABA programs, including initial and ongoing assessments.

oversee RBT supervision hours.

Model and fill in for therapy as needed.

Promote Bierman Autism Centers within the community.

Take on assigned supervisees for BACB student supervision as needed.

Assist with interim care for potential clients as needed.

Properly document all activities per BACB and funder guidelines.

Must be able to sit on the floor or stand for extended periods.

Must have manual dexterity to perform specific computer and electronic device functions for data collection.

Must have visual acuity to read and comprehend written communication via computer, electronic devices, and paper.

Must be able to take written data and transfer to electronic files or database systems.

Must be able to maintain prolonged periods of working on a computer while sitting at a desk or on the floor.

Must be able to assemble, clean, and maintain therapy space, including toys and furniture.

BCBA or BCBA‑D certification.

Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card and TB test prior to employment.

Flexible and adaptable to meet team needs across the organization.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Proficiency with or ability to quickly learn organization’s technology platforms including CentralReach and Tableau.
