Schedule: Full Time - Three, 12-hour shifts per week, including alternating weekends

The Milieu Therapistfacilitatesgroups based on core curriculum, provides meal monitoring and meal support., and offers milieu support, de-escalation and behavior coaching to patients in IP/Res and PHP programs. The Milieu Therapist may be requiredto work on-call shifts based on business needs,in accordance withapplicable federal, state, and local labor laws.

Support morning routine in IP/Res programs

Implements individual behavior management plans for some patients and serves as clinical lead for the program in standalone programs in evenings and weekends. Coverage for Primary Therapists with support from Clinical Manager or Clinical Director

Bachelor’sdegreein mental health or related degree program (required)

Master’sdegreein mental health or related degree program(required)

Intern or associate license fromappropriate statelicensing board (required)

Minimum18 monthsof experience in a behavioral health or related field (requirement waived with relevant master's degree)
