Psychotherapist - Full-time, remote

This role offers clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, and strong organizational support in post-acute and long-term care settings (SNF/LTC/ALF/IRF).

Role Overview

Full-time within Monday – Friday

No nights or weekends

Flexible, onsite, round-and-go model with remote documentation

Provide clinical assessments, diagnoses, and individual psychotherapy

Treat depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment disorder, grief and loss plus life transitions

Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings

Compensation and Benefits

Estimated compensation range of $63,000 – $76,000 annually with no cap on productivity income

Base salary plus productivity, W2 position with full benefits (medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401k)

Back-end infrastructure and clinical support provided

Qualifications

Active, unrestricted New York license as LMHC or LMFT

LCSW not considered at this time

Eligible for independent practice and billing

All experience levels as a psychotherapist welcome to apply

Experience with older adults or post-acute care preferred

Industry-leading onboarding training program
