About the Role
As a Picker / Packer, your primary responsibility will be accurately selecting and packing orders while performing quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards before shipment. You will play a vital role in maintaining accuracy and efficiency, supporting the seamless distribution of flooring samples and materials.

Available Shift Times
First shift, 6 AM - 3 PM, Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities

Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications

Perform quality inspections and verify product details

Ensure safety procedures and PPE requirements are followed

Achieve daily productivity and accuracy goals

Communicate basic safety and instruction guidelines in English

Key Requirements

Dependable transportation and consistent attendance

Attention to detail and quality verification skills

Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment

Prior experience in flooring, construction, or material handling is preferred

Ability to detect defects and maintain high accuracy in repetitive tasks

Good communication skills in English
