As a Retail Sales Associate at tm:rw, you will play a key role in delivering unforgettable customer experiences. Engage with customers, provide expert product recommendations, and ensure every visitor leaves with a positive impression. Beyond sales, you’ll support the store’s operations, help maintain visual merchandising excellence, and contribute to a high-energy, customer-first environment.

Customer Experience:

Maintain a visually appealing, clean, and organized store environment.

Sales & Service:
Achieve and exceed sales targets while fostering long-term customer relationships.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of products and effectively communicate their value to customers.

Assist with merchandising, product displays, and promotional activities.
Support store operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business goals and uphold brand standards.

Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
