Registered Nurse (RN) - Perioperative
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Perioperative care to join our dynamic team. As a Perioperative RN, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced surgical setting. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in surgical and perioperative care, specifically in areas such as C-sections, D&C, PPTL, and D&E procedures.
Provide nursing care to patients in the Operating Room.
Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Monitor patient vitals and respond to changes during surgical procedures.
Educate patients and their families on postoperative care and recovery.
This position requires working nights, comprising three 12-hour shifts each week. Availability for weekends and holidays is essential, as well as flexibility to accommodate the needs of the unit.
Active RN license (or compact, if applicable) in the state of practice.
Minimum of 1-2 years of recent OB/Perioperative OR experience is required.
Experience with surgical procedures including C-sections, D&C, PPTL, D&E is essential.
