Our team supports a broad range of clinical, provider, administrative, and operational services for the communities we serve.Position SummaryTampa Family Health Centers is seeking a detail-oriented HR Assistant to support the daily callout process and time and attendance administration across the organization. This role receives and documents employee callouts, promptly communicates information to the appropriate leaders, monitors attendance records in ADP, and prepares accurate reports for Human Resources and operational review. The HR Assistant handles sensitive information with discretion and refers leave, accommodation, employee relations, and corrective action matters to the appropriate HR team member.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a designated point of contact for employee callouts and record the employee's name, work location, scheduled shift, time of notice, and information required by the callout procedure.Track attendance occurrences under organizational policy and flag records requiring HR review. Refer potential FMLA, ADA, pregnancy-related accommodation, workers' compensation, or other leave matters to the designated HR specialist without requesting unnecessary medical details.Maintain organized, confidential records and support attendance audits, policy communications, and process improvements.Perform other related HR administrative duties as assigned.At least two years of experience in human resources, timekeeping, scheduling, payroll support, or administrative work involving confidential records.Experience entering data, maintaining logs, resolving discrepancies, and preparing routine reports.Completion of TFHC training in callout procedures, ADP time and attendance workflows, confidentiality, records handling, and escalation protocols within the established onboarding period.Skills & AbilitiesAbility to receive and document callouts accurately and notify the appropriate leader promptly.Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel, with the ability to learn ADP and other assigned systems.Ability to handle confidential information appropriately and refer potential leave, accommodation, work injury, and employee relations matters to the designated HR team member.Benefits & Employee OfferingsTampa Family Health Centers offers a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your health, financial well-being, work-life balance, and long-term career goals.
