Head of Operations Management (m/w/d)

We are looking for a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to be based at our Avondale, AZ location reporting to the Operations Manager.
Staci Americas is looking for an experienced Warehouse Operations Supervisor to manage and oversee all shift warehouse activities, ensure efficient processes, and maximize warehouse productivity for the site.
Help to determine space requirements and ensure that inventory is put away, relocated, and stored accurately.
Manage the daily work schedules of fulfillment associates to ensure a smooth and productive operation.
Responsible for the proper operation and maintenance of equipment, as well as ensuring there is a safe, clean working environment.
Plan and coordinate staffing to meet daily order fulfillment and shipping needs.
Train on the safe operation of equipment and the maintenance of material handling equipment
Manage Shipping/Receiving Clerk and Account Leads.
Warehousing practices and procedures including receiving and shipping methods, supervision, and accountability
Principles and practices of leadership and work management
Individual Account work instructions
Make recommendations to the Operations Manager on programs to improve warehouse operations.
Manage the 5S of the facility.
Training and developing hourly associates
MS Office
Train and develop hourly associates
Understand and ensure compliance with SOP's, individual account work instructions and other warehouse processes and procedures
Three to Five (3-5) years of related experience in Warehousing, Receiving, or Inventory Control, ideally within a multi-client warehousing environment; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
