Job Title : Onboarding Specialist
At Vivint, we're committed to empowering our employees and providing exceptional service to our customers. As a leader in smart home technology, we are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Onboarding Specialist to join our dynamic recruiting team. As an Onboarding Specialist at Vivint, you will play a crucial role in welcoming and integrating new Sales Representative hires into our organization. You will collaborate closely with our recruiting department to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to employee, delivering an exceptional onboarding experience that aligns with Vivint's values and culture.
Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, including pre-boarding activities, orientation, and integration into their teams.
- Process Management: Develop, update, and maintain onboarding materials and procedures to ensure they are current and effective.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires throughout their onboarding journey, addressing any questions or concerns and ensuring a positive experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an onboarding or an HR role is preferred by not required.
- Technology: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with onboarding software is a plus.
