We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Bilingual Client Services Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, guiding them through the initial stages of their cases and ensuring they receive exceptional service.

Request and file police reports, initiate claims, and send Letters of Representation (LOR) to insurance companies.

Promotion: Effectively communicate and promote the firm's services to all clients.

Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency (Spanish/English) is strongly preferred .

Customer Support Background: strong track record of providing top tier customer service is required.

Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (2 years required) and familiarity with FileVine or other case management systems (preferred).
