Warehouse Responsible and Delivery

The WAREHOUSE MANAGER reports to the ROM and exists to ensure the operations out of that location run smoothly and efficiently, that deliveries are on time and accurate.

Take ownership and have pride in your warehouse.

Supervise/manage the location; Be the main communicator, must get out of the office and communicate with employees.

Responsible for the maintenance, repairs and upkeep of all company vehicles and property including the building and grounds.

Responsible for overseeing warehouse operations and that they are being done accurately and timely.

Responsible for make sure the warehouse is organized and clean.

Responsible for overseeing delivery drivers.

Responsible for ensuring inventory counts are correct.

Responsible for maintaining alt warehouse locations.

Complete and submit necessary paperwork in a timely manner (credit card receipts, shorts, tracking reports, packing slips, invoices, cash, checks, new hires paperwork, work comp, evaluations, customer credits, etc.).

Strive for peak performance and consistency, always look for ways to improve.

Help out where needed within the department in the event of an absence.

Assist others to help reach the goals of K&M Tire.

Report any issues or concerns to your supervisor or VP of Operations.

Must possess strong planning and organizational skills.

Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to drive any of our delivery vehicles.

Must work 2 nd shift 1 week every 2 months.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Four-year business degree and four years of leadership/management experience or six years leadership/management experience.
