Junior Litigation Attorney (0–5 Years) | Primarily Remote | Memphis, TN

Work Arrangement
Primarily remote, with in-person attendance required for court appearances, hearings, and depositions in the Memphis area and surrounding jurisdictions.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $70,000 – $110,000 (DOE)
• Discretionary bonus potential

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume civil litigation docket from inception through post-judgment
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery; negotiate and prepare settlements
• Appear in court for hearings, motions, depositions, and trials
• Handle matters from pre-suit through enforcement
• Maintain consistent communication with courts, opposing counsel, and internal teams
• Ensure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee Bar admission (required)
• 0–5 years of litigation experience (civil or high-volume exposure preferred)
• Strong written advocacy and organizational skills
• Ability to independently manage multiple matters
• Comfort with legal technology and case management systems
• A collaborative, growth-oriented mindset
