Tax Attorney - Associate
We are seeking an exceptional Tax Attorney to join our clients dynamic team. As a key member of their tax practice, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of complex and challenging transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and international transactions.
Provide expert tax advice to clients on various transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and international transactions
Develop and implement effective tax strategies to minimize risk and maximize opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality client service
Stay up-to-date on the latest tax laws, regulations, and industry trends
3-5 years of experience in tax law, with a focus on corporate tax transactions
- Excellent academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school
