Responsibilities Customer Experience & Front Desk Responsibilities
Welcome all walk-in customers and visitors with a professional and friendly attitude.
Assist customers with basic questions and connect them with the appropriate team member.
Phone & Administrative Support
Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate team member.
Perform data entry, filing, scanning, and other administrative duties.
Support the agency team with day-to-day office operations.
Learn agency systems, insurance terminology, and customer service best practices.
Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
Requirements Travel to and work full time in our Burleson, TX Agency location
High school diploma or equivalent.
Positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and email.
Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, receptionist, or administrative role
