This is a Partnership role for a Pediatric dentist who wants to take control of their career, grow clinically and professionally, and become a key driver in a thriving, multi-specialty practice.

We're seeking a motivated and confident provider who's ready to make an impact from day one. If you're skilled in IV sedation (or ready to earn that certification) and excited by the opportunity to shape your own path, including potential partnership, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Own

Deliver exceptional pediatric dental care with a strong emphasis on IV sedation.

Manage your schedule autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Cultivate relationships with patients and families, building long-term trust and loyalty.

Play an active role in practice growth, quality initiatives, and community engagement.

Who You Are

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school

IV sedation certified (or willing to obtain)

Driven, coachable, and eager to lead with integrity and purpose

Team-oriented with strong communication skills

Prior pediatric experience is a plus, but not required the right attitude matters most
