General Practice Physician (Full-time)

Great Lakes Physician Practice, part of UPMC’s integrated health system, is seeking a skilled and dynamic Family Medicine Physician to join our established group providing high-quality care in a community-focused setting in Western New York. This full-time position offers an established team environment with dedicated Advanced Practice Provider support and fully integrated Epic electronic medical records. The physician will enjoy an outpatient-only call schedule designed to create a sustainable balance between professional goals and personal life.

UPMC affiliation with connection to a larger network of specialists and resources, with UPMC Hamot providing administrative and business support services

Fully integrated Epic electronic medical record across the health system

Compensation

Minimum salary range of $250,000 to maximum salary range of $280,000

Productivity and quality incentive

Residency stipend (dependent upon immigration needs)

$50,000 Sign on Bonus

Qualifications

MD/DO from an accredited medical school

Accredited Family Medicine Residency Program completion

American Board Eligible or American Board Certified in Family Medicine

Ability to obtain an unrestricted New York Medical License and ability to obtain necessary credentials

DEA certification

Accepts J-1 Waiver and H-1B candidates for 2027 and beyond
