As an LPN Supervisor, you will play a vital role in leading our team of Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) in providing high-quality care to our patients. Supervise LPNs: Oversee and guide a team of LPNs in providing direct patient care, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and attention.
Coordinate Care: Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans, ensuring that patient needs are met and exceeded.
Regularly assess patient conditions, reporting any changes or concerns to the nursing team and physicians.
Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients, staff, and visitors, adhering to all safety protocols and infection control guidelines.
Participate in Quality Improvement: Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient outcomes.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in the state of Maryland.
