We have multiple open shifts ranging between 2 and 8 hours at all hours of the day. Our clients have a variety of needs ranging from companionship to full assistance with activities of daily living. Flexible hours and work locationsOngoing paid trainingPaid vacation and sick leaveHealth, Dental and Vision benefitsBonuses for referring other caregiversA caring support staff available 24 hours a day/7 days a weekRequirements:NAC, Home Care Aide Certification, or those willing to go through HCA trainingNurse Delegation preferred, will train the right candidateCPR certificationGED or high school diplomaReliable transportation with proof of auto insuranceAbility to pass a background checkWorking Conditions: Home Care Professionals provide care to assigned clients in their place of residence which can vary in size, cleanliness, temperature, location, have or not have the presence of smoking, pets, noise, odors, allergens etc. Providing Healthcare also may place Health Care Professionals in contact with Blood-borne pathogens and communicable diseases. Home Care Professionals primarily work unsupervised.Role may require frequent standing, walking, sitting, typing, and driving. Seldom work above shoulders, and operation of equipment.
