The Hire Source is proud to partner with a forward-thinking, mission-driven maternity care organization seeking an experienced, board-certified OB/GYN to serve as Assistant Medical Director. This is a rare opportunity to step into a visible leadership role and help shape a transformative, patient-centered model of maternity care as it expands into Fairfield County.
This innovative group is redefining how maternity care is delivered—blending evidence-based medicine, collaborative practice, and whole-person care. Their integrated model brings together OB/GYNs, midwives, and care navigators to support women and families across every stage of care as it expands its care of women into Connecticut.
Clinical services span Preconception, Pregnancy, Postpartum, Miscarriage, and Gynecology, with established practices across New York and continued growth in Connecticut.

You'll practice at a nationally recognized hospital and major teaching affiliate of Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons. The recently renovated maternity unit offers state-of-the-art labor and delivery suites, modern patient rooms, and enhanced family-centered amenities.

Your Role as Assistant Medical Director
Provide high-quality inpatient and outpatient OB/GYN care
Lead, mentor, and collaborate with OB/GYNs and midwives
Support clinical operations, quality initiatives, and program development
Participate in resident education and mentorship within the OB/GYN residency program
Help shape the future growth and culture of an expanding maternity care model
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm with shared call rotation
