Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician

Healthcare United is seeking an experienced OB/GYN Medical Director Physician for a full-time outpatient opportunity in Fairfield County, Connecticut .

This position offers a strong mix of clinical care and leadership, with approximately 75% direct patient care and 25% administrative responsibilities . The physician will provide outpatient OB/GYN care while also supporting clinical operations, quality initiatives, provider performance, team-based care, documentation standards, and overall care delivery across assigned locations.

The ideal candidate will be a mission-driven OB/GYN physician with strong clinical skills, leadership experience, and a desire to serve a diverse community patient population. The Medical Director will work closely with executive clinical leadership, nursing leadership, operations, practice management, quality, and clinical informatics teams to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
