Project Manager - Structural Steel

About the Opportunity A fast-growing construction firm is seeking a Project Manager experienced in Structural Steel and Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings (PEMB) . This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can coordinate both field and office operations, and delivers projects from award through closeout with precision.

Manage schedules, budgets, and cost controls

Lead subcontractor coordination, procurement, and buyout

Monitor field progress , ensuring quality and safety standards

Act as the primary liaison for clients, engineers, vendors, and field teams

Prepare and track RFIs, change orders, and project documentation

3+ years in Project Management for structural steel or PEMB

Proven success managing multiple steel/PEMB projects

Proficiency with Procore, CMiC, MS Project , or similar tools

Willingness to travel to job sites as needed

Strong pipeline of structural steel & PEMB work

Exposure to diverse industrial and commercial projects
