We help organizations of all kinds redefine what’s possible, give shape to the future—and get there.What You’ll Do* Lead planning, execution, and governance of large-scale, enterprise-wide integration programs.* Drive the integration of Medicare business operations, systems, processes, and organizational capabilities into the broader enterprise ecosystem.* Partner with senior executives, business leaders, technology teams, and external stakeholders to align priorities and deliver strategic outcomes.* Develop and manage program roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans.* Facilitate executive steering committee meetings and provide clear, concise status reporting to leadership.* Coordinate across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment between business, operational, technology, compliance, and regulatory teams.* Identify and resolve program risks, issues, and interdependencies in a fast-paced environment.* Establish program governance structures and ensure successful execution against strategic objectives.What You’ll Bring* 10+ years of program management experience leading complex, cross-functional enterprise initiatives.* Strong experience managing large-scale business transformations, mergers, acquisitions, or integration programs.* Healthcare industry experience required.* Proven ability to communicate and influence effectively at the executive and senior leadership levels.* Demonstrated success driving planning, execution, governance, and delivery of complex programs with multiple stakeholders.* Experience managing program budgets, timelines, dependencies, and organizational change.Preferred Qualifications* Healthcare Payor experience strongly preferred.* Deep understanding of Medicare operations, products, regulatory requirements, and business processes.* Experience supporting Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, Part D, or related business lines.* Previous experience with post-acquisition integrations, particularly in healthcare organizations.* PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management certification preferred.About UsSlalom is a fiercely human business and technology consulting company that leads with outcomes to bring more value, in all ways, always.
