Full-time Immigration Paralegal

Job Description JJ Moore & Associates is a dynamic immigration law firm with offices in Nashville and Atlanta, serving primarily the Latino community. Our practice focuses on humanitarian, family-based, and removal defense immigration matters. We pride ourselves in combining strong legal advocacy with compassionate, client-centered representation.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and highly organized Immigration Paralegal to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to help shape firm operations while supporting a mission-driven legal practice that makes a meaningful impact in the lives of immigrant families.

Prepare legal documents
Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and Executive Office of Immigration Review (EOIR) under the supervision of Immigration Attorneys.
File applications with immigration court.
Legal research
Special projects

This is a full-time position with normal office hours i.e. Office hours are Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm. You will be required to work 2 Saturdays in a month and on the working Saturdays, the Friday prior is taken as a day off.

Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
Paralegal or law-related experience in immigration preferred (will train the right candidate)
Ability to utilize computer systems and software
Compliance of confidentiality
