Job Overview A law firm seeks a patent prosecution attorney to join its Dallas, TX office. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and experience in intellectual property law.
Duties Draft and prosecute patent applications.
Collaborate with clients to understand their inventions.
Conduct patentability and freedom-to-operate analyses.
Advise clients on patent strategy and portfolio management.
Requirements Minimum of two years of experience in a law firm setting.
Experience with telecom, AI, and/or software preferred.
Education Degree in electrical engineering, physics, or computer science.
Certifications USPTO registration required.
Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
