Opportunity Summary

Join a leading global law firm known for guiding clients through high-stakes transactions and complex intellectual property matters. In this role, you'll play a central part in managing sophisticated trademark and copyright portfolios for high-profile clients, working alongside top-tier attorneys across multiple offices. Responsibilities

• Prepare and file U.S. and international trademark applications, office action responses, renewals, and related USPTO and WIPO filings.
• Oversee U.S. and global trademark portfolios, coordinating directly with foreign associates and clients on prosecution and enforcement matters.
• Conduct trademark availability searches, IP due diligence, and cost estimates for domestic and foreign filings.
• Monitor and maintain docketing systems, track deadlines, and generate status reports for client portfolios.
• Draft trademark and copyright assignments, security agreements, and coordinate ownership transfer recordations.

Qualifications

Required

• 5+ years of paralegal experience in an Am Law 100 environment.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and substantive paralegal experience; must meet applicable state paralegal requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, CPI (or similar docketing platform), and Westlaw.

Preferred

• Experience with CompuMark/Saegis and Orbit Intelligence.
