Full Patent And IP Law Experience Klemchuk LLP's future growth strategy is to recruit mid-level to senior patent attorney (preferably at least 8 years of experience) that are licensed to practice before the USPTO. This position offers the opportunity to not only prepare and prosecute patent applications, but also engage in patent counseling in a hands-on matter with extensive direct client and USPTO contact. Put simply, we are looking for Klemchuk LLP has a diverse client base ranging from entrepreneurial start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, with clients working in many different technology areas. This position may also involve some patent litigation support and PTAB support, including infringement, invalidity, and claim construction analysis, general patent strategy counseling for clients, and providing assistance with design-around's and freedom to operate opinions.
