Salesperson for Retail Sales

Role Overview We are seeking a retail associate who can deliver a transformational client experience, build the Tory Burch brand one customer at a time, and drive business through sales. Responsibilities Build and maintain new and existing customer relationships to meet personal sales goals.

Create a customer experience using selling skills and extensive product knowledge.

Communicate the Tory Burch brand philosophy and lifestyle with each customer.

Ensure all sales and operational policies and procedures are followed and maintained.

Support visual and operational aspects of the shop and contribute to loss prevention.

Qualifications 1 to 3 years of experience in a high volume, customer‑driven retail environment.

Strong personal selling and customer relations skills, with excellent verbal and written communication.

Open availability for a flexible work schedule, including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekend shifts.
