Head of Organisational Development
Colonial Supplemental Insurance
Colonial Life & Accident Insurance Company, a subsidiary of Unum Group, provides financial protection benefits to America’s workers and their families. The company offers workplace benefits such as disability, life, accident, dental, cancer, critical illness, and hospital confinement indemnity insurance. This is a full-time, on-site role for an Agency Development Manager located in the Shreveport-Bossier City Area. The Agency Development Manager will be responsible for recruiting and developing new agency partners, training and mentoring agents, developing sales strategies, and achieving assigned growth targets. Additionally, the role includes overseeing the implementation of sales initiatives and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Strong sales and business development skills
Excellent training, mentoring, and leadership abilities
Knowledge of the insurance industry, particularly in employee benefits and financial protection
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
