Care Home Nurse (nights)

Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12 hours (6:45 PM - 7:15 AM), every other weekendExperience: Two years of acute inpatient telemetry RN experienceLicense: Registered Nurse Certifications: BLS, NIHSSMust-Have: Acute care nursing experience, patient assessment skills, care plan development, clinical intervention monitoring, patient and family educationDescription: A professional nurse is accountable for the care of a group of patients. The Registered Nurse focuses on safe, effective patient and family-centered care, customer satisfaction, and quality outcomes. The RN is responsible for maintaining a financially stable unit and promoting their own development with an emphasis on evidence-based practice and education supported by a practice governance framework. The RN supervises licensed and non-licensed staff members. Swanson Model of Care, the RN assesses, develops, implements, and evaluates the plan of care. The RN focuses on patient and family comforts, education, and satisfaction.
